John has lived and worked in our area all his life. As a licensed real estate agent since 1981 and licensed Broker since 1998, John is highly skilled and knowledgeable in the areas of land acquisition for resale, property development, and residential and commercial property.  John is also a state-certified general contractor and is owner of John E. Dalton General Contractor, Inc., builder of outstanding, high-quality homes here in the Florida panhandle.

He has a long and continuing record of service to our community:

• Board of directors member for Caring & Sharing of South Walton since 1997; president in 2001
• Member of the Building Industry Association since 1998 and a State Director since 2002— the same year in which the organization elected him both president and builder of the year

A resident here since 1986, Wendi began working in the rental market the day she arrived and earned her real estate license in 1994. Having previously owned a condominium management company, she has experience in all aspects of rental management.  Wendi is active in the local community and a mother to two teenage daughters, who keep her busy when she's not here assisting clients.

WHERE TO FIND US

From the North:
From DeFuniak Springs or Interstate 10 (Exit 14), head south on Highway 331 for 15 miles to Freeport. Continue south on Highway 331 for another15 miles to a dead end at Highway 98. Turn right, heading west on highway 98 for 5 miles, passing the post office and strip mall on the right. Bishop Tolbert Road is the street on the right just after that complex. Turn right, and then take another right just before the paved road ends. We are the second building on the right.

From the White Point Road/FL-293:
THIS IS A TOLL BRIDGE REQUIRING $2.50 to cross. After approximately 6.6 miles, you will come to US 98E. Turn left. Travel east for about 11 miles and then turn Left onto Bishop Tolbert Road. When the pavement ends, turn right (approx. 0.5 mi). We are the second building on the right.

When you arrive

There is an arrival box on our building by the front door. In the box is a packet with your name on it. It will have keys to your unit and directions to your rental from our office. Remember: If you arrive after hours, you will need to come back to our office Monday to pay your balance or leave the balance due in the other drop box with the slot.
